Diva clothing are happy to offer an refund or exchange for all  customers within 14 days of purchase excluding delivery charge. (sale items are Non Refundable under any circumstances)

providing that the items are in the same condition they were received this will only be guaranteed if the item is:

Unworn, unwashed and perfume/make-up freeThe items still have the tags attached The items have not been soiled, damaged or smell of smoke

If any of the above are not satisfactory the item(s) of clothing will be sent back to the original delivery address or refused in store.

In order to return the unwanted items you need to follow the steps on the delivery note which is included in your emails as we are paperless as much as possible this may be in your spam folder 

If you do not have this feel free to post it back to our address here instead and we will refund as soon as we receive your items.

please note delivery fee is non refundable on any occasion 

Once we've sorted your return, you'll receive a confirmation email. It can take up to 5 working days for the money to hit your account. Your refund will be minus the original delivery charge and we're unable to refund any costs associated with you returning the item please note if you are over a 14 day timeframe we are unable to process a refund or exchange 

When you post it back make sure to ask for a receipt and hold on to it until you receive confirmation from us that we are processing your return. 

If you have received an incorrect / faulty or damaged item, we apologise in advance! Please email us  and we will make it right again!
